Suspension related question and concerns

So, i have been suspended for 15 days. I accept that the game that i was reported for was, in fact, a very toxic game. but, my question and concerns are as follows:

  1. how did i get suspended 2 minutes after that game. How is it possible for them to review the reports and suspend me in 2 mins? The guy reported me, i got a report warning, and 2 minutes later i was suspended.
  2. Does that mean that i was probably playing with a rioter? And if that is the case then he just suspended my by his own power? That sounds personal, discriminatory, and abuse of power. Now how i report that? How is anyone sure that he was also not toxic and deserved a report?
  3. This is my FIRST, FIRST punishment in 3 years of play time. I have never been chat restricted, solo que restricted, banned for even a day. But i get my first punishment and it is a straight up 2 week ban? That HAS to mean that someone from RIOT was playing and was part of the group that reported me. But just because the RIOTER was on the receiving end, so he gave me a harsher punishment as a result. What are the checks and balances for this?

I deserve a punishment, i accept. But a 15 day ban? Really? I don't deserve that. I don't think so. This is my first ban, first punishment in anyway

I would like to know more details about how it happened? There has to be some information that must be logged before punishing someone. Or is it just WILD WEST where the rich can just punish the weak in whatever way they want.

Thanks for whatever help you can provide.

  1. The Instant Feedback system issues punishments within 15 minutes of the triggering report. It is designed to throw out false reports, so only reports in matches where you were actually being toxic will count. While the system is automated, it is very accurate in doing this.

  2. No, this is the result of many reported games. It is possible to get punished for a single match and receive an escalated punishment due to Riot investigating your case, but not many cases require this.

  3. If you received a 14 day ban and have not received the 10 and 25 game chat restriction first, it's probably the result of hate speech or other extreme toxicity. The Instant Feedback system generates a reform card when you are punished for chat offenses; this will be in an email and when you log into the client. If you did not get that, your email should state what the ban was for (bans do happen for things other than toxicity).

If the email and reform card does not explain your ban, please submit a Support Ticket and they will help you out. If you received a reform card, you can post it here so we can go over it with you and explain the ban if possible.

You will have been flagged for a while, this was the last straw, it doesn't take very long to read logs, and they dropped the smite as fast as possible.

Not at all, you defidently were not playing with a Rioter. You got reported consistently over many games and the logs where sent to a Rioter.

  1. This is my FIRST, FIRST punishment in 3 years of play time. I have never been chat restricted, solo que restricted, banned for even a day.

You can skip tiers if you are toxic enough.

But i get my first punishment and it is a straight up 2 week ban? That HAS to mean that someone from RIOT was playing and was part of the group that reported me. YOU WHERE NOT PLAYING WITH A RIOTER

I suggest posting your logs.

You should have gotten a reform card, if you didn't, make a ticket.

You have got to be kidding me ^
