Oh you tricky leaver buster

Alright, I'm not upset I have to wait 5 minutes to get into a game or anything but I see the complaint come up on the boards quite often and I do have a pretty major gripe with it.

My problem is that half of my "leaves" have been due to client issues on Riot's end. I think I have intentionally dodged once, and had an Internet issue once, and have had it once where the game freezes in champ select and once where it just booted everyone out. I know the last one wasn't my game because we were in a 4 man normal queue and it happened to all of us. Just now 2 people got booted and one player on the other team was stick with Lee Sin selected. A teammate and I were talking and we just sat there for about 3 minutes or so and a message popped up saying there had been an error and that a report was being sent to Riot.

Clearly Riot knows it was a client issue since they auto-generated a report about the problem. I took the risk of closing the client and restarting. Ahh, the only way to escape champ select hell, and boom. Wait timer, haha.

Again, I'm not mad about it or anything, but I do think it's silly. And yes, I understand, in order to get the wait times you have to show a pattern and I think that is a good thing. The part that is disappointing is having the one that pushes you over completely not your fault. It's like if you get some parking tickets, pay them off, and then the next time you park you still get towed. Oh well, 'tis life.
