Can I get banned for this ?

I already received 10 chat restriction. All ok, I deserved and I know I am flagged now. Anyway, few games after the lift of the chat restriction for obvious reasons I told my adc "I hate Vaynes like you" then muted the player for the rest of the game. Once we finished our game my adc told I was reported for my negativity. What do you think, is this a valid report for a future punishment ?

ps. after reporting me we had a prolonged chat and we figured out the problems we had and wished each other all the best in other games.

It is kinda cumulative, you still don't get banned for one game like this(I hope). As long as you said nothing else, I think you will be fine. Just don't keep saying it because it will catch up after a while.

Yes, it is a valid report. The chat system is for coordination of play with others and communicating strategy with your teammates. Using it for insulting others, using it to harass others, using it to argue with others and so forth is an abuse of the system and abuses of the system or of the game are violations of the Terms of Use and are thus subject to moderating action.

Continuing to behave in the way that got you the first chat restriction will result in further moderating actions up to and including a ban if you do not cease.

It's not bad enough to trigger an escalation, but it is negative behavior, even if it is really, really minor. As long as you aren't doing things like this often or doing worse, you should be fine.

It is kinda iffy, and if that is the ONLY negative thing you said, you have a pretty low chance of getting reported or punihsed. But since you account is already marked, I would avoid stuff like that to be on the safe side. Better safe than sorry tbh.

I strongly recommend you not to communicate AT ALL with other players as long as you are flagged.

You could be banned for less than nothing. One simple "you are a noob", and you are done.
