These games are literally chatting. Sure i can see the second game as somewhat toxic with telling the team WHAT MY PLAN IS because you rioters want us to communicate what our gameplan is... when you gank so many times, and laners REFUSE to back the ganks up, its better to tell them you are farming and split pushing so they can adjust their game.

The rest of this chat, how is it even perma-ban worthy? how is this even CHAT BAN WORTHY?

Sure there will be the trolls who come in here and make jokes at it, but it honestly feels a little rediculous

While there isn't any hate-speech, which is the sort of thing that would escalate a person directly to a permanent suspension, if you were already at the 14 day temporary suspension punishment tier, then these logs would have been enough to warrant the next punishment, which is unfortunately a permanent suspension. The way the punishment system works, it does not ask "do these logs warrant a permanent suspension?" It asks "do these logs warrant a punishment?" If the answer is no, no punishment is issued. If the answer is yes, the player is automatically bumped up to the next tier. There are four tiers:

  1. 10 game chat restriction
  2. 25 game chat restriction
  3. 14 day temporary suspension
  4. permanent suspension

And while you're not slurring your teammates, you do spend a lot of time criticizing them, insulting them and complaining about them. You call them cowards, you complain about builds, their decision making, and it looks like only one line out of the entire second match is not being toxic to the rest of your team.

If you haven't had a recent punishment, then I would recommend submitting a ticket to Player Support, as while these logs are negative, they are not usually something that would go beyond a chat restriction by themselves. But as I mentioned above, if you were recently given a temporary suspension (anytime in the last 5-6 months), then you were most likely permabanned due to an escalation of negative behavior. If that is the case, unfortunately, Riot will not overturn the ban, as they do not overturn or lessen punishments issued for toxicity except those that are issued in error.
