Currently, by far, the worst part of this game is the community. Trying to be positive, friendly, helpful, cooperative, nice, baby-sit, counsel, coach, and often having to mute entire teams is exhausting.

Really feels like good nice players are just getting hung out to dry. New accounts are getting placed mid to high silver after placements with little or no experience, while an account like mine which had a 60% winrate, won all games in placements, and gets placed b5.

Getting out of this hell is like a battle against losing your mind and turning into a troll yourself. if I couldn't escape silver with a 60% winrate, absolutely positive attitude, teamwork, and self-improvement, how am I supposed to believe there is really any hope, or point, in trying?

Holy shit you won all your placements? Good job, that's fucked up you still went to b5. Your hidden MMR must be really low. Or you were stuck in b5 all season last season. It is weird how they place people. I have a newb friend who is really below average even for a new player... like he really didn't pick up on anything on his way to 30. He's the worst player I've ever seen, honestly, I'm not exaggerating. He got placed in silver 4. I feel bad for the teams that are gonna have him contributing next to nothing lol. Also he knows he's shit, so I feel bad for him and all the shit talk he gets because Riot's matchmaking put him too high. Probably our fault for playing with him, but he's a real life friend (I was best man at his wedding) so I'm not gonna just not play my favorite game with him because of his skill level. It's a game.
