Had My First Game With a TRULY Toxic Player in a LONG Time

Recently (as in a month), I think Riot's been really good with dealing with toxic players. While players do rage, I don't see as much unacceptable behavior. HOWEVER in the past few days, I've seen an IMMENSE amount of toxicity in games.
This is just an example: (https://imgur.com/a/awXsz) This game was awfully frustrating for me. After dying a few time solo, the Shyvanna blamed the team and refused to cooperate, singlehandedly losing us the game (no joke, the rest of the team was doing well). I tried super hard to be nice, but he/she continued to be uncooperative. And as you can see.... he/she was quite damn racist and rude. I have 2 things I need to ask.

  1. This player implied that he/she had bought multiple accounts and has been (presumably) banned multiple times. I really feel like riot needs to do something about this, is this fixable at all?

  2. I previously, was instantly suspended for lashing out at a player who did this. (I think my accounts clean again now). While it no longer affects me, should a player really be at fault for getting upset over someone wasting their time?

This is ily disorganized and bad, but I just wanted to like.......i dunno......share my feewings??? after an upsetting game*[sg-lux-2]*

Don't worry Riot will get right on the case! Ofc they can't disclose their lack of haste or ineptitude at catching these obvious toxic individuals as soon as they show toxicity (~50-200 matches before gracing you with their presence)

But again don't worry. They got this! [slayer-jinx-catface] It's not like they KNOW riot doesn't do shit or anything about this. I mean it isn't like they basically admit to getting away with it over and over despite the known reports on them

EDIT I get where your coming from about lashing out / responding. Everyone agrees that muting and reporting are the only and best options, which they are, but they either forget or aren't bothered that some cowardly scumbag gets away with this shit every day and can on basically any and every platform.

They ought to be taught a few 'manners' with the business end of whatever blunt object is at hand. [sg-syndra]

haha i litteraly know this guy and que with him often hes actually pretty pleasant to be with when hes not ingame
