you go down one tier every 3 months do the math and see. on september 5th mine goes back to 25chatban. finally i can flame at peace again. XD
If you are getting hextech loot again, you are getting hextech loot, but I think you need another 3 months for your account to go completely down to base. Hextech availability is not the same as going down a tier of punishment.
It means you are clean enough to get hextech rewards, but keep in mind, as others have mentioned, that your account isn't totally clean yet.
I thought Hextech loot was only available if you were considered 100% reformed?
