Well that is a possibility, but just an FYI for you about the Block list: It does not, I repeat, does not stop you from being put into a game with any of the Blocked players on your team. You just can't see their chat nor can they ever send you a friend request.

That is good enough for me... even though I wish it stopped you from being matchmade.

If it did then there could be sever repercussions once you get to higher ELOs since you can just make sure you never get the "bad" players on your team.

Hence why it won't be implemented. Plus there is the factor of just how large the playerbase of LoL is, the odds of meeting someone again (in lower-ish ELOs) is relatively speaking low.

Except I wish that you could keep the bad players off of your team, and I have run into some people 5-6 times this season.

I'd wait 1 hour just to make sure I don't get some of these people on my team.

Well the muythai guy, he is the number 8th or so most played lee sin, this was over the course of different days.
