Will this result in me being flagged or even punished (from an accident)?

I recently played two games last night (one as a four man premade and one as a five man). During those ranked games, I played Kha'Zix and went 11/3/14 and 23/3/13. Now, this would all be fine and dandy for me, but I later found out while in a skype call that one of the premade people I was with (I won't name drop) had just been boosted by a friend of his.

I'm afraid that it looks like I am boosting this guy. He said that his boosting was done on his account, not in a queue, but it still looks like I was winning games for this guy, and it happened right after his boosting so it looks like a continuation.

Is it possible that I can be flagged or punished for this? The guy wasn't even on my friends list (and still isn't I dont think) because he was on a friend's friend list.

You are allowed to boost people from your own account using dynamic/duo q. Only banable, ONLY ILLEGAL way to boost is if YOU log on someones account and win games for him.

Nope. You aren't playing his account, so you aren'y boosting. Don't worry about it.

Funny thing is people are getting banned when only playing non ranked games as well so I'm not sure how this wave bans affected everyone, could be anywhere from a mistake to people using hacks. I'm an unranked 0 bronze 0 ranked games total in my gaming history and yet I got perm suspended today says UTC 2700 in my email but no code on the official suspension screenshot - http://i.imgur.com/VT0XHxt.jpg

I never use any 3rd party programs or scripts, I think the anti hack might pick up other anti hack programs as a threat too imo, cause I run BDO in the background and it has a 3rd party anti hack cheater on it

No, you should be fine. Though I'd caution your friend to stop getting their account boosted because of the obvious risks.

Dynamic queue boosting is supported by riot! It's why they invented dynamic queue, to allow all the kids who are bad to get their good friend to carry them to ranks they don't deserve. So they feel better about themselves and spend more money on the game.

And then act like they earned the rank and it's meaningful somehow! dynamic queue boosting is great!
