From a slap on the wrist to a crucifiction.

(Keep in mind I, and my friends who have gifted me, have spent like $150-$200 on my 20+ skins, so it's not about the free stuff, it's about the principle.)

I respectfully acknowledge the reasons why I earned a chat ban. I talked back to three toxic players who entered the game to troll. And thus the three buddies reported me and I got a chat ban. Since I have earned my chat privileges back, but still cannot earn any of the 6 key frags. (That I have been trying to get for two weeks already.) That being said, this system over does it by a long shot, not earning boxes is one thing, and would be 100% reasonable. Not being able to earn key fragments is another. Please re-look this egregious punishment, and at least let us earn keys for the boxes we already got once our chat ban is up.
