Feedback on chat ban?

Quick summary: Am jungle main through and through so chats are important for coordination (you'll see in the log, I tend to coordinate/encourage the team a lot). got a 10-game ban, am not exactly sure why, tried playing with it minimizing chat, dropped next 7 games. Not worried about getting banned for that (played meta, OK k/d/a), but that's not gonna win many games.

Game 1 I did have horrible k/d/a, and played off-meta, so report is expected . BUT, my off meta jg games are not bad at all (around 50% winrate, pretty good k/d/a), of course in cases where it does fail, you get reported, didn't expect chat ban for it. Second ban was vi jg, not off meta, so am not sure what went wrong here, any pointers? Is it work submitting support ticket to at least get some clarity of what specifically is a problem? I did sell knight's vow at some point for an offensive item (either makes sense on vi, and knight's wasn't working well), but I do make adjustment to my build mid-game in a lot of circumstances, my team claimed it's trolling, but is it? I do it semi-regularly when I think a different strategy is more likely to get a win. So here are game 2 logs (game 1 I don't think toxicity was a porblem, I just had 0/7 k/d or so, but my impression was bad games happen, I was not inting or anything). So, ideas as to what to do? What should I avoid saying?

These bans aren't given for off meta or kda. They are given for comms. Therefore what was said in both games is important.

Why are you not putting the chat from game 1? Better yet take a screenshot.

How do I post a screenshot? I can save it to a .png file, but I don't see a way to attach a file to a post, and pasting it doesn't seem to work in the forum (or am I doing it wrong?)

Really not surprised you got a ban, I legit just played with you. You tilted from pings and told us you were gonna afk every time someone pinged. I reported you after and got an instant report feedback. Looks like you are banned again. Might be time to take a break and stop trolling others.
