Why Riot Can/Will Never Ban Trolling

As long as a player is CSing, they will never be banned.

CSing is part of the game. They are playing the game. They cannot be banned for CSing.

-Not calling MIA isn't reportable -Not following your lane isn't reportable -Not listening to teammates isn't reportable. -Not grouping is not reportable -Not backing to help a different lane is not reportable. -Dying is not reportable -Not talking is not reportable. -Not following the meta is not reportable.

As long as you CS all game, you will never be banned by Riot.

This is not healthy for the game.

Accidentally giving somebody food which contains something they're allergic to isn't illegal. Doing so fully aware that they are allergic with the intention of killing them is (attempted) murder.

Sometimes intention is key. And sometimes intention can be inferred from the context within which the action took place. None of the things you mentioned might be punishable on their own and in a vaccuum, but literally all of them are punishable if they are being done with malicious intent.

I agree that's not healthy for the game. Good thing all that is not true then.

-Not calling MIA isn't reportable

Correct, because it isn't trolling.

-Not following your lane isn't reportable

Also not trolling.

-Not listening to teammates isn't reportable.

Again, not trolling.

-Not grouping is not reportable

Split pushing is a viable strategy.

-Not backing to help a different lane is not reportable.

Can't be everywhere at once, and again split pushing is a viable strategy.

-Dying is not reportable

Unless dying intentionally to lose. Otherwise everyone would be punished.

-Not talking is not reportable.

Not trolling either.

-Not following the meta is not reportable.

There is no Riot endorsed Meta, just player promoted. But correct, not trolling.

So of everything you stated, only one might be trolling. Unless you make something more specific.

-Not calling MIA isn't reportable

Who said this is trolling? People call this bad teamwork.

-Not following your lane isn't reportable

This isn't trolling either. It's bad map awareness and bad teamwork.

-Not listening to teammates isn't reportable.

This alone isn't trolling. Sometimes teammates make bad calls and it's better to not listen to them.

-Not grouping is not reportable

This alone isn't trolling. Some team comps work better with split pushing.

-Not backing to help a different lane is not reportable.

Again this isn't trolling... this is just bad teamwork if ultimately your staying is more detrimental to the team than backing. It's a call and sometimes people make good calls and sometimes people make bad calls...

-Dying is not reportable

I'm confused as to what you think is trolling. Intentionally dying is definitely trolling, but dying as an event by itself isn't necessarily trolling.

-Not talking is not reportable.

Where did you get

-Not following the meta is not reportable.

This is how the meta changes. People experiment and if things work better, the meta changes. If we never changed the meta, we'd have mid sup bot and adc mid.

As long as you CS all game, you will never be banned by Riot.

Supports don't CS. This just means you are suggesting support players be banned. This is an absurd standard.

This is not healthy for the game.

IMO, you haven't listed anything that is trolling, so I'm honestly concerned with why you believe the above acts are trolling?

Riot banned a smite Singed support with a 60% winrate, because they did not like him playing support with smite. It is btw fine if you do it on top, mid or adc, but on support it can get you banned

Trolls and inters do get banned but because they're getting smarter about how they avoid detection (and because Riot wants to try to avoid punishing innocent players as much as possible) it's harder to catch them in the act compared to simple chat-related offenses. Gameplay related offenses when proven to be on purpose are assigned a 2-week ban as the first punishment. In case you don’t believe me on this point here are some examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it’s just a few examples, but it proves that they do get punished.
