Riot if i mute someone in game i want them muted end game
like it says in the title riot why hasnt this been implemented yet?

Because the client and the game are very seperate entities... and the client, honestly, is pretty much horrible. That's the reason they're (hopefully soon) replacing the entire client, which is easier than fixing all the individual problems with the current one.
