After game harassment should be a different report

Seems like every other game lately I get some asshat who thinks its ok to keep talking trash long after the game is over. They think its their right to spam add you to friends list and if you forget who they are or eventually accept just to tell them to fuck off you get inundated with rude shit they probably have saved in a word doc somewhere to copy paste in a vain attempt to make up for their self-esteem issues. Anyhow, this type of harassment should be a separate, more egregious report in my opinion. Its one thing to be frustrated during a game or right after but once you get out of the post game screen you need to take a breath and move the fuck on. I always, always, open a ticket to report these people. However, the ticket I have to open each time is like "you know you should have just reported them in the game, right?" and makes me feel like "yeah, i did, they kept going, come on riot, this is a separate instance of harassment."
