Where is the teamwork?

Look, I love this game very much, and even though the current meta isn't the best, I do believe riot will make it better.

That being said, I'm having a hard time enjoying some of my games because of the severe lack of teamwork. Recently I have been pinging how many times I needed help or that me (and possibly my partner if I'm at bot) are stuck under tower. However, mid and jungle constantly come to lane and demolish me and for whatever reason they say it's my fault that I'm dying. Later on in team fights I feel like the entire enemy team focuses me and everyone is focusing on the tanks or supports instead of damage dealers. Then they say it's my fault for dying again. Half the time it is my fault, but the other half feels like I just got ganged up on and nobody cared about helping me.

I try to make call outs and try to give strategies, but I feel like nobody is listening to me. I really try to be as friendly as I can in all of my matches but it ends the same. To make it worse, it also seems like the enemy team is well coordinated. They look like a team while we just keep splitting up. That's the main problem I'm having with the game. Nobody is listening or working with each other and when we lose it's everyone's fault but their own. Really because this a problem with the community and not the game itself, I don't know how to fix this.

I don't know what the point of this was. I actually felt like stopping several times and keeping quiet, but I still wanted to say what the main problem with the game is to me.
