How many games is the Low Que?

I had to leave due to other reason, but it was for remake, so it won't cost my team. I got reported (thats fine by me). I was hoping that it will take about couple games around 3-5 average for leavers, and I am on my 7th game low que, and still have to wait for another one. It doesn't tell me how long is the extension of the low que...

If anyone faced that let me know, because when my buddies faced the low que problem. Usually they have that like about 3-4 game average everytime they leave the game.
