[Riot Help] Low Priority Queue Issue

I'll give some backstory first. About 3 months ago my internet would crash consistently and I forcefully left matches that would presumably give issues until I developed a 20 minute low priority queue. I had my internet fixed about 2 and a half months ago and I haven't left a game since. Today I went into my game and my client crashed (Bugsplat) and I left the game as soon as I loaded in. So I restarted my computer and by the time I actually got back into the game it was over (they were smacking our nexus). So the game is short as is, being as it is urf mode. When i was in post game stats, I was rewarded with five - 20 minute low priority queues. I haven't left a game in two and a half months why did I receive the largest queue possible? Can anyone in Riot tell me how I can clean my slate so I don't get these queues if I leave a game uncontrollably like this. (I dont want to wait 20 minutes to play a 15 minute game of URF)
