Common disgruntlement in diamond elo

It seems 4/5 games these days has someone belittling another due to their performance. I haven't gone a game in the past couple weeks where I've done bad and haven't been called an idiot, told to never play X role, I'm awful, etc. If someone else does bad they get the same treatment. It's hard for 5/5 players to always play at their peak, but that's the only way toxicity doesn't occur in this elo.

I've always been a really nice fellow and don't flame at all (r/niceguys), but I even found myself telling someone to go.. f* themselves in the post game lobby since he, the almighty diamond V hardstuck Yasuo god, was pitted with yet another "awful" team that he couldn't carry.

I wasn't penalized for that, but I still felt bad. It's rubbing off slowly but surely on me. I only wish there was some way to make league even 10% less toxic, perhaps then this game would gain more in popularity.
