Riot reversed a permanent suspension in the past. Accept that cold hard fact PB&M. You lose.

Riot can't even hold true to their own policies and yet people think they can enforce their own hypocrisy. This facade of justice and moderation is laughable. I wonder if you would be so obedient if you knew any of the facts or figures they withhold from you. Did you ever think there wasn't a reason they do so? It's called leverage and the power of knowledge. Ignorance is truly bliss.

This sub-section will forever be a cesspool of Riot acolytes. It's ironic that this particular sub-section is the most "toxic" out of all the boards on the website. It births more toxicity on a daily basis than is even there to began with. Click any post with circle-jerk down-votes (not that those mean anything at all in this section) and read the comments. You will find some self-seeking tool of an internet judge prattling on about their own sense of morality and justice, further fueling the flames of conflict. Personally I view this section as a form of self therapy. A place where you can go after work school to pretend you're in control of something on an on-line gaming forum.

All you have to do is parrot common information written by the ToS and you fit right in!

You have my sympathy.

It's nothing new that in the past Riot gave some player with a perma a new chance. So what do you want to say?

Ok

Your "evidence" of reversals are lacking context. Back in 2012 the full tribunal was in place, where players would be toxic for WEEKS before they were actually punished, and in some instances had changed their behavior, before the ban took effect. Riot for a short time piloted a program for Summoner Redemption. **The Majority ** of those players re-offended and were subsequently banned... again. Now that the system is quick and deliberate the excuse of "I was trying" is no longer valid.

In the past three months there have been about three dozen "I was banned for just telling people to play better" threads. It has never been against the Summoners code to give advice, it's the manner in which it is given that is punishable. No one plays better when told they are terrible. Everyone has bad games; one of the most recent "Victims" said he was flaming their JG for "not doing his job" - looking at his match history he's low on CS and KDA and DEPENDS on the JG to help him win lane - under skilled players blaming others. Not an uncommon thread.

Yes

It's ironic that this particular sub-section is the most "toxic" out of all the boards on the website.

Yup.

It births more toxicity on a daily basis than is even there to began with.

Meh, that's your opinion.

All you have to do is parrot common information written by the ToS and you fit right in!

Now you're getting it!

You have my sympathy.

I don't particularly need it because I like to laugh at the Tumblrinas and poke fun at them while their Tribunaling intensifies.

Of course, you're grouping in the Tumblrinas with legitimately sane people. Most people on here believe that banning a high contest champion is not punishable because the theoretical case in which you could prove it to be griefing necessitates putting the cart before the horse. Additionally, no test is perfect. Riot makes mistakes. Telling PB&M that they lose because there are false positives and false negatives is kinda silly.

That said, feel free to tell them they lose when Rioters call out their vindictive bullshit as toxic, which it is. It's happened before and it's ever so juicy to read.

Admission that they are wrong in a small minority of cases is not admission they are wrong 100% of the time. In any case, it shows temperance, modesty, and, surprise, justice in their thoughts.

You are toxic and a jerk. We are not "obedient" we are choosing to be a part of this community because of belief in the integrity of Riot as a whole, that is a different bar.

Look at all the obedient little sheep banding and uniting together under one flag to defend their master. Denial is to be expected.

I'd be willing to bet you're the same people brainwashed by the garbage that society and the media spews forth daily without forming your own educated opinion. Ignorance is bliss, but it is also a poison. Who's "toxic"? You all tend to throw that term around like a hot potato.

A case from 2012 hardly is relevant today (4 years later!!!!)!?!

They even had a project in the past where they gave permabanned summoners a challenge, if they made it to level X without any sign of toxic behaviour/punishment, their main account would be unbanned. Safe to say most players failed that challenge, and after that Riot decided to not unban permabanned accounts anymore, unless the ban was an error to begin with.

I bet Riot would love to apologize for their non-100-percent perfect and flawless systems and are very sorry for it. I am sure they'd love to give you a cookie for your exemplary and impeccable behavior and attitude op.

Ok man, I am an acolyte of Riot because idiots get banned permanently and it is usually justified cause they are dumb as fuck and obvious as fuck with their badly designed scripts.
