We all have bad days where we may throw some aggression to our teammates, whether it's through in-game chat, Discord, or Skype. This movie exemplifies the effects of long-term toxicity on a team's morale, attitude, and performance; and their coach's efforts to keep his team together. If you have the time, I'd definitely recommend the watch.

I saw this on Reddit and from what I've watched it looks pretty good. I will say that I think there is a huge difference between this documentary and Solo Queue. The main difference being, this is their livelyhood, this is what they pay their bills with. For you (Wuks) and me and millions of other players, if we win or lose isn't going to majorly impact our lives. With them, it makes a world of difference.

But you play better when you don't flame and stay calm. It's even more in their best interest not to tilt if it's their livelyhood.
