How much do you need to play and how many honors do you need to receive to gain honor level?
I feel like I've been honor level 3 forever and I have no idea how much progress I've made to level 4.

I do not know, but I believe that I recently hit honor five, but I also consider myself a toxic player so yeah.
I get honors roughly every two or three games too, with occasional streaks, when I am doing real well. I lost count of how many games I played though, so keep that in mind.
i do not generally play every day, closer to 3 days a week, but I tend to play 5+ games on those days.
