Chat-AFK link restriction plz

I understand there are people with shitty wifi. And personally I think the 5 minute, 10 minute and 20 minute wait leaverbuster punishment is deserved

But since the tribunal automated system is so fucking good at catching people using racial epithets cant they add in phrases like. Thats it I am afk, Im afk, Im done, open mid, etc.

If someone gets that mad (so early in the game) to intentionlly afk, ban them for 7 days or so. They waste an hour of our time.

We had a game with

Lucian wasnt even in game for 10 minutes, shaco dies once in a team fight gets angry and says Im done bye IM AFK.

We nearly won that game, we had all their towers down, and at various times their inhibitors but vayne and teemo threw with one stupid 2 v 5 and we lost at 60 minutes.

Cant they just ban shaco for that or atleast restrict him?
