Compared to last year, how would you rate the current environment in League of Legends?

I'd say pretty much the same.
As always you'll find way more toxic people when kids are in vacation, and overall i feel like time at which you queue will impact how many toxic people you'll encounter too, i mean from personal experience there are way less of them in the middle of the day here in EUW, whereas in the night they are more present. ( same here i'd say kids came back from school and so on )
Unban and reban mordius just to be sure mordius is still banned >:) Honestly tho, I haven't seen much change in player behaviour overall, yes there's pornstar zilean wannabes feeding the hell out of botlane but that's just expected in league
