Are people getting rebanned again

Not sure if this is intentional by Riot or not, but I had my account ban lifted according to this "We are writing to let you know that we’ve done some additional case review, and your account was incorrectly identified as having violated the League of Legends’ Terms of Use. As such, we will be lifting your permanent suspension, and effective immediately, you should be able to log in. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused."

Now today I logged in to see my account permanently suspended again without any email from Riot stating why. Just look me up on na.op.gg https://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=seen I'm placed in Bronze three and none of my performance indicates use of illegal programs. I'm just curious why I was banned again.

Edit: I was never banned for toxicity and only have one or two low priority que timer on the account but I never left or dc'ed from any game after my account ban was lifted.
