So lucky me I got adc, with teemo support w/ heal and exhaust. He also had xxxxTroll as his name. Now we won and he wasn't a troll but you get my point, people call him a troll while he is laughing his ass off knowing, like swain said, he won't get banned if he did troll.

Riot doesn't want to ban somebody for playing poorly, or differently, or for simply not having the depth of knowledge of the game's strategy that their teammates possess.
Plenty of people DO get banned for trolling the support role, though. Notably, there was recently a Singed "support" player with over 2 million champ mastery as Singed that got banned.

It's simply a matter of which is easier to prove.
Someone making mistakes or playing poorly can either be doing it intentionally, or they could just be playing bad naturally.
Meanwhile, someone behaving like an ass in chat is completely responsible for everything they type. It's impossible for them to unintentionally type what they did in chat.
Just because one form of poor behavior is harder to prove/catch, doesn't mean they should let other forms of poor behavior that they can prove run rampant.

it's easy as shit to prove...... bad game does not equal 0-15, 0-20, 0-30. Even if it was like 2-11, if they get reported multiple times they can check the chat and replays to see. I went 0-29 and it took them awhile to give me my ban however I was toxic as shit before hand so it was also probably because I got reported 20 other times after being reported for the feeding. 0-29 should be pretty fucking obvious it's not a bad game

You said bad games so I gave an example you can suck dick and not feed on purpose such as a 1-9 game. Not 1-18. Big difference. 7-18 may be a different story and that is why you review the replays if they get reported multiple times.... but if a riot employees sees yi with boots of swiftness and dead mans plate and Talisman to make it go faster... hmm I cannot imagine if he is feeding compared to a 1-7 bot laner.....
We all know bot lanes suck 99% of the time and feed however again it is way obvious to tell the difference between ass suckage and running down mid.

0/15 can actually be having a bad game depending on certain factors. i've seen teams camp a single player for kills trying to pad thier stats for S rankings usually a toplaner. 0/20 yea... theyre probably inting. but it's possible to go 0/15 and just suck

Here are two examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it's just two examples, but it proves that they do get punished.
