I just had a guy who was harassing non stop. After the game I noticed I can't report dude. I assumed because he was already reported by me on some other game. So how it works, and why we can't report toxic player if he was reported on previous game ?

nerak231 votesI agree very odd, it must be some kind of glitch. Send in a ticket if for no other reason then Riot can look into the matter.
