Game Won't run after i Attempt to reconnect :(

This has happened a few times already and its come to the point where I'm starting to get a leaverbuster for it. Its so annoying that i have to deal with this dilemma and it happened again a short while ago after i DC'd due to internet connection issues. The minute I try to reconnect this pops up. well i guess i can't print screen, but still I'd like some help. If anyone from Riot could elaborate or any software techies could help me out on this, that would be awesome. I'm not a toxic player and I've tried my very best to not be toxic. These remakes are what are killing my account and I'm scared that I may have to stop playing the game entirely and i don't want to have to resort to that. I'm not sure if this is the proper board to put this but Due to the leaverbuster I'm assuming it is.
