Is off meta actually bannable?
I learned of a higher elo player than me that is being viewed as possibly being banned because he's not following the meta. I thought one of the rules was "Don't ban people for not following the meta?" I quote from a riot employee... "I highly recommend not doing it anymore except doing it with a group of friends who don't mind that you're playing singed support to go counter jungle, NOT BUILD A SIGHTSTONE, and roam."
Can support only support ADC only?
Why can't a support counter Jungle? If they can't then why is counter jungling as support?
Why is not buying a sightstone a reason for being banned?
Why is riot suggesting that only the meta is the only way to play?
why can't support have smite?
What do they mean communicate with the team? Tell them what you're doing or have you tell them your plan then them tell you what to do cause they're right or your ideas don't matter?
It went on saying he was not communicating with his team when clearly with multiple witnesses that he IS saying his plan in a paragraph before each game?
He was reported even if his team was winning a lot because of off meta and like i said earlier i didn't know reporting people for being off meta was a thing. Can you please clear this confusion? I see if his guy gets banned that riot is being hypocritical going against their own policies just for this one guy making people unhappy because he isn't playing like LCS. I may be bronze and a crappy player but i still see this as unfair for the higher elo guy and i worry this will effect me in the future if i got in higher elo which is one reason why i don't really do ranked or normals
