Please don't be this person. Reporting someone multiple times in the same game does not do anything more than just one. A report will flag it to be looked at by the system, it doesn't do anything to try to flag it more.
In some cases if you are excessively mean about it, asking to report someone in itself is reportable. Just rep after the game and chill.

Jokes aside, I mentioned this (that that report lobbying is punishable) to someone in ARAM last night, and apparently that makes me Phreak.
Well if someone's been leaving death threats to people and spamming racial slurs, and some other dude says that he won't report just because the toxic guy had a good KDA it tends to bother me. And it happens more than it should. That's the only time where I think that it's helpful to ask for reports, not because multiple reports actually do more than 1 report in terms of punishment but that the community should realize that having a good KDA doesn't excuse shitty behavior.
Asking for reports works. You have 9 chances of someone getting reported instead of just 1.
Bogus reports are also counted when you hit the magical number for a punishment. Even if the report turns out to be bogus, no one takes it back or stops counting it if that's the lucky report to get the punishment.
it's pointless, logically they can't possibly know enough about most situations to report anyone for anything other than AFK.

Just stop reporting people who dont deserve it. Maybe only report people who afk from games THAT ARE NOT WINNABLE (I HAVE LOST 3 INHIBS OUR TEAM 0-40 AND MY TEAM SAYING REPORT ME FOR AFKING?!?!!). Also, unless they spam the chat with harassment, im talking at least 25 lines of that shit. Then do you report them. nothing more nothing less, learn when to report braindead community. Also int feeds need banned too ;)
Not going to lie, when someone tells me to "kill myself" and "I hope you die in a car accident or get cancer" it's very hard for me to be reasonable and think "this only really needs 1 report to be flagged...!"
