Well, yes and no. what it means is that you had made such a good improvement for such a significant amount of time that you dropped SEVERAL tiers... AND then subsequently had a resurgence of toxicity.
Clearly you had been doing SOMETHING right. Try to figure out what that was and you should be fine. Keep up the effort!
