If you can play like a mature and well mannered individual, there is no reason not to have a friendly conversation and make friends in this game. But alas, here we are. So we can mute and report that individual, and hopefully those consequences would inspire them to be a better human being.

Mostly Since this game is unforgiving and really challenging mentally. If you die like once your just forced to Play a losing game for 40-50 minutes. By muting em you just ignore the Problem instead of Fixing it. At this Point they should just remove the Chat from the game, You cant fix this System. But hey this is just a theory destiny theory. report yasuo1 votesWell there is and you can't control that but u can control muting them or trying to help them to see whats up becuase I am toxic and I always have a reason either it's jungler missing easy gank chances or kid refusing to play safe and continue to feed but I'm never toxic to someone who does not deserve it, if you have a problem with everyone being toxic to u try to look at yourself and see why are they so toxic to you? Becuase a kid who's so god damn stubborn to not listen to the team that's trying to help them is worse than that of a guy flaming you. report yasuo1 votesLike I said before I always give a second chance but if you refuse to listen then maybe you will listen by a more extreme way, because if the kid is continuing to feed over and over again I won't say "nice try" or "unlucky" I'd say "wtf are you doing are u high?". First mistake I give you tips scond time I say it again third time I say "wtf you doing" and if they have the balls to make the same mistake again I think I have the right to flame a kid who is as stubborn as Riot's balancing team.

ModPrandine1 votesThe mute button is meant to be a band-aid solution at most and does not give flamers and verbal abusers a "get out of jail free" card for their behavior. If you can't interact with others in a mature and respectful manner even after being given multiple chances to do so then why should you be allowed to continue playing the game? As far as giving advice is concern even if you're polite and respectful about it if it's clear that they won't listen then you should just drop it and move on rather than use that as an excuse to flame them. If they wouldn't listen to you before-hand then you flaming them gives them even less of a reason to listen to you and what you have to say.

You're getting onto people about using the mute button yet you're the one choosing to rage and flame like a little kid simply because people aren't doing what you want them to do. If you want people to listen to you then don't devolve into a toxic jerk whenever things don't go your way and control your temper like you claim that you're able to do. Besides, just like in most real life establishments Riot doesn't care who started it as they'll gladly punish all involved in the fight-this isn't Kindergarten or Preschool after all.
Basically just grow up and stop looking for an excuse to be a toxic jerk to people and expecting that people will just magically conform to your behavior alone.
report yasuo1 votesI mean when someone is refusing to listen to the team he is, therefore, assisting the enemy team but I've given up on reporting them for that because not once have they got in trouble I even msg them later asking not one has said yes but on the rare occasions I report someone for being toxic almost immediately instant feedback pops up. My point is if I knew the kids who just plain out try to lose would get in trouble already then toxicity would go down and there's no way I can get them to listen and just play safe they will just continue to do the same stupid mistake and that ruins the game more than jusy saying " get your shit together" or "wtf you doing".

Dont Blìnk1 votesDespite the downvotes, the post is very true, the community just happens to be allergic to truth. To those saying that this issue needs to be fixed, there's only one way to do so... Getting rid of communication entirely. It's just common sense that out of the massive player base people will be toxic and even if banned can just make another account. Moreover even those who aren't toxic can stoop to the same level with at the minimum being passive aggressive. It's a competitive game, people will get irritated if someone does not perform well and is largely the source of much toxicity. This is just something people will have to get used to, out of the many years of complaints you can clearly see the issue is not being solved, so either deal with it or advocate removal of communication.
