How bad is the Automated System really?

So there was this Match on my alt where 3 ppl wished i would kill myself after the Match and they got no penalty.

And i got chat restricted for 10 Matches for saying "biatch" ? Riot are you serious? "kill yourself" = no penalty, "biatch" = chat restriction what the fword ..

Also i've been wondering could you give Diamond players a longer queue Time when they premade with a <lv10? Its not fun to have a lv 37 Bronze 5 and lv 40 Diamond 5 as your Enemies @ lv 20.

The Match before that the Enemies were lv 40 Silver 2 and lv 52 Silver 5 premade with lv 9 and the rest were around lv 20

I doubt that the use of the word "biatch" by itself was actually the cause. Cursing in and of itself is not against the rules. But more importantly, did you report those people? Did you make a note in the report additional comment field that noted to see the postgame lobby chat? You can also always take screenshots of that sort of thing and send it in to Riot directly through a Support ticket, but it is handled more efficiently through the IFS, if you report them.

I doubt it. Someone who flew racial slurs at my entire team for the better part of 30 minutes about 4 days ago is still playing games as of an hour ago, nevermind other notifications I've received about action being taken.

This is the new system, I'm afraid. The tribunal is dead and the IFS punishes people not based on morals but on words used--in other words, the strength of your conviction. The stronger your will to defend whats right, the more the IFS will want to ban you. This is what people who don't belong in power does, and I believe the IFS is a lesser system because of it.
