Post-game chat.

Does Riot use the post-game chat logs, and do they check them if they manually review an account? What about the automatic punishment stuff, does it ever scan or check through it? It seems to be the most common place kids like to call people the N word after they either get stomped or dish out a stomp. I've seen other racial slurs and derogatory terms only dropped where people feel safe from any repercussions, so I was just curious if they actually are.
