3rd troll in 2 days with dynamic queue

Ok I haven't had so many trolls in such a short period of time they ruin the fun of the whole game and the best part is the enemy team just bm's about it. I just had a game with an Ahri "support" who I had to fight for CS and she even ADMITTED to trolling and riot has done nothing about it this is so stupid. The person admitted to it and they don't get punished? If it were the tribunal they would but this automated system never punishes people that deserve it.
