in my last game the yasuo (oh my god he made it through ban phase) on the enemy told us in all chat to cut our veins. along with a few other choice words please and thanks. I would've reported afterwards but I was too happy after I turned a double detroyed nexus into a comeback win.
Deep Terror Nami3 votesYou gotta report people you feel are a problem. However, it only takes 1 report to trigger a review, so it's likely someone else reported him anyway, and Riot treats behavior like that severely. I wouldn't worry about it.

Nailington1 votesTechnically you could submit a ticket with the fact that you forgot to, maybe include what match it was, and have them look at the logs... I don't know if they'll do anything, but it's worth a shot
