More ways to report someone PLZ

So just went through a game against a toxic as shit Volibear who for some reason thought he was uniquely skilled and a no one else plays Voli and just talked shit the whole fucking game, so ofc me and my duo were going to report him and hope FOR ONCE the toxic player would actually be punished for once..... but nope! Client fucked up for us both and neither of us could see the end game screen, only gave us the option to skip stats and we had absolutely no way of reporting him at all!

Riot for the love of christ fucking implement a way to report people in some place other then JUST the fucking end game screen! It means you have to play through games with toxic as shit teammates instead of reporting them before the match then avoiding them and when the client fucks up toxic asshats get away with everything cause THAT ONE FUCKING SCREEN is the only god damned place to do it!
