2 Trolls in ranked (Silver 2&3)

There are two trolls in ranked at Silver 2 & 3 elo, judging by their account history on op.gg they've been doing this a while. It looks like they both are on smurf accounts because they have a really high KDA but throw games whenever they want. This support in my last game intentionally kept stealing farm, disrupting the wave, running away from fights as Zilean and would run around the map with his Nunu duo. I sent in a report but because these guys didn't say anything disrespectful or do anything in game, and simply put ?'s they'll be able to keep trolling in these ranked games. I don't want this happening to anyone else. Again, if you go through their match history in op.gg you'll see a long list of trolling games.
