When I tryhard (go for objectives, splitpush, counterjungle, roam etc because, you know, sometimes I want to tryhard without the fear of losing lp) I get stuff like "sad noob, tryharding in normals" and when I'm more relaxed and try to just have fun (going for kills, making some plays in the mid game etc) I get stuff like, and I quote, "report x player for not wanting/trying to win". So can you please make up your mind and tell me what exactly is it you want me to do?

At least if u try hard u won't get reported maybe. If u still got reported u wouldn't get in trouble for trying.
Who judges people tryharding in normals? Normals are suited to all sorts of styles of play. The only time I see somebody judging over the "tryhard" mentality is if they're playing super seriously AND flaming their teammates for failing to keep up with them.
Hell, I "tryhard" MORE in normals, sometimes. Norms let me experiment with ballsy playmaking that I'm not always comfortable attempting in ranked.
"Tryhard" is just a sorry excuse.
It's said by people who don't want to lose (and are salty about it), but still want to claim that they didn't try.
Normal games aren't fun stop playing them.
They are straight up getting rid of normal queue cause it's toxic and useless.
