So mid game I froze and our Xayah was trolling. Then I turned my computer off and came back into the game, our xayah continues to troll. We surr early and then I get leaver buster. The xayahs name is <removed by moderation>, the region is eune and i have 1 friend that played with me his name on legaue is <removed by moderation>, ask him if you dont believe me.

Secondly, please keep in mind that you will be marked as a leaver/AFK any time you leave or AFK a game for any reason. You left the game - and in this case it was intentional - thus you were issued a punishment. While there are emergencies, it is not permissible to leave a game unless it is an emergency, and you will still be punished if you have these emergencies frequently, as it leaves your team at a disadvantage.

It simply is not the place and has no benefit as Riot does not actively look for reports and apply punishments based on the boards. If you need to report someone, you can use the end of game report feature or submit a support ticket.
