Bug problems I have

To start with please ignore my bad grammar. I've been running into this bug where when I join the game my leaderboard is all messed up and all the champs are on the top and I cant change them. My second bug is that I cant see health bars some of the time even if I press the hotkey on which I have toggle health bars I can only fix it if I disconnect and reconnect into the game which I don't like doing since I might get a leaver buster.

In conclusion, I am wondering if Riot is planning to fix these glitches.
