I would go to the coach and tell the coach that they should remove them from the team.
But actually, this isn't a world cup team. League is a casual game. Not a world stage tournament where players have been previously vetted for experience/skill and are representing their country.
In this scenario, there is an authority to go to with your complaint. The coach is the one designated to assigning players to the field or kicking them off the team.
I feel like once you type" this dude is feeding he a troll" it kinda reinforces him to do it even more and get more enjoyment out of it
