So it seems the honor rework has lost its impact
The first month after it came out was pretty rad, but I can hardly see a difference anymore. We're right back where we started. Why can't we just all be friends? [zombie-nunu-tears]

Except now people are super scared if they get "reported" once.
I rarely ever get toxic players in my games. Might just be the middle Gold elo: players are generally pretty friendly here.
But I do notice a difference. And the keys are rollin' in like uhh... a river.. or something. :) So ya. Loving that.
