I´ve played to many games recently where just everyone doing great except that one bloody player who refuse to group, trying to splitpush or not joining baron when its the right call to do, and when you say don´t go into the enemy brush, woopdido!! There´s that vayne who facecheck a 20/2 Garen hiding in the bush in baron pit and lost the game. no matter how good you played that game, you can´t make people.

Three easy way to do decent, Don´t feed your ass off in laning phase, dont try to carry the game solo. This is not season 3. This past years the meta has been stay with your team in late game and don´t cuck up. So stay with the TEAM.

So. why should you get punished for not listening to the team. I know its stupid. but people in the "Elo" im playing in is just so bad at decisionmaking its unreal. Always try to fight in a pointless situation that makes it harder to win the game. And even if i get a good team, it all depends on if 1 arrogant player throws it all out of the window because. Today I had a Hecarim jung that tried to chase after a pyke, died by their adc and gave the baron and won. Bloody Brilliant. (Yes we all pinged him back).

And by the way riot nerf item 3157 broken azz item

Why should anyone listen to you? Why should someone be banned because they didnt listen to what you were saying? Mute exists, and so does ping mute. If people dont want to listen to you, they dont have to.

I hate to tell you this bud, but you're in that same elo. What makes you superior to anyone else on your team? Nobody is required to listen to you or anyone else just because you think that you know better. Everyone is allowed to play their own strategy as long as they're not intentionally trying to lose. And before you say it, choosing to ignore people who are barking orders at them is not intentionally losing.

I would consider this a form of backseat gaming syndrome. You can't be a leader by forcing them to do things and should deserve a "ban" by telling them what to do. The more you try to command your teammates the more they will not even consider listening to you. Some of my best moments on League with teamwork was just mere suggestions and pings and like majority of the time they actually listen. They listened because I wasn't forcing anything upon them.

But if you literally try to force it down their throats to do things, it's going to backfire. Just ping dude, it's not hard.

Your opinion isn't anyhow superior to your fellow mates. If you ping/tell someone about a danger, you can't do much more. It is their free will not to pay attention to it.

How many people constitute a team? What if one person is telling them and hes not listening? Does that count as ignoring the team? 2 people? Do we need super majority? Just majority? Gotta have some guidelines here. What if the team sucks? If its bronze, why should i listen to any bronzie? Just cuz im bronze too? What if im gold and most people on my team are silver? Do i listen to them? What if its all iron players with poor macro? You just want everyone to conform and act as a hivemind. Yeah, thatd be a nice, cohesive, coordinated team. If you wanna mandate that, everyones gettin fuckin banned.
