So midlaner who went to gank our bot lane died in the mid way became outrageous that we didn't protect him ?!?! He started cursing me (support) for not putting wards therefore he died. Well, it wasn't just flaming and cursing me. In fact he was extremely toxic and was cursing me and my family for the rest of the game in disgusting words. You hardly can find more toxic player than him. He also promised to report me for the text below.

ps. Apparently it was me and not him who got punished. The moral of the situation - either mute from start or don't expect reasonableness from RIOT moderators.

The real moral of the story: Don't engage in hostile pissing matches with idiots. Nobody ever wins.

Seriously, your mid got pissed, but that warrants maybe 0-1 responses from you. Not an entire conversation, in which you tell him "fuck you", ask him to AFK (presumably because you think he's useless), wish bannings upon him, and repeatedly engage him. Nothing you said helped (Indeed, at the end you blame the loss on him flaming, which wouldn't make any sense if you hadn't argued in the first place). He certainly doesn't seem innocent here, but neither do you.

And also, the meta very much favors mid laners ganking bot lane for early tower pressure and double kills. While not something to flame over, it's troubling that you never seem to actually buy sightstone. If I were the Malzahar, I'd be pissed about lack of ward coverage, too.

hmm .. this only has a little bit of passive-aggressiveness in it. So it'll be impossible for this to be the only thing that got you punished.

There is probably a game 2 & 3 which you are hiding. We also don't know the contents of your pre/post game chat.

Perhaps, the mistake was not putting this in chat: "muting Malz because he is tilting me", proceeding to mute him, and then getting on with playing the game (as opposed to putting down all that stuff in chat, which allowed others plus Malz to report you).
