First time playing champion in ranked NEEDS to be a bannable offense

Please RIOT make impossible for players to first time use a champion in ranked. It just spawns toxicity all over the place because they end up feeding most of the time and they feel inmune because its not a punishable offense and makes the whole team just pass a very bad time.

We play rank to win and use the best of our habilities to achieve our win, and then there are people that come and tryout champions for the first time in rank and just loose because they go against a lvl7 mastery enemy who is also there to win (unlike our inmune ''teamate'') please RIOT do something about it.[zombie-nunu-tears]

He means, in the most extreme of terms, like this. Let's say you have enough BE/RP to buy Jhin. You do so, and then you queue up for ranked as adc. You get into your game, lock in your shiny new Jhin in a RANKED GAME, and proceed to get shitstomped because it's your first time playing Jhin and you don't have a clue how to play him.

One thing is loosing using a champion you have played and have a clear idea how to use it and another is going to a rank game and expect to loose because its your first time using a champion, and dont care because its not a bannable offense right now, not taking into mind that 4 other players have lost a game because of this and not minding their hard work they put trying to win.

op you have it backwards if you don't like how random people play including champ choices instead of trying to force them to play the way you want find people who make choices you do like and for a team of your own
