First time playing champion in ranked NEEDS to be a bannable offense

Please RIOT make impossible for players to first time use a champion in ranked. It just spawns toxicity all over the place because they end up feeding most of the time and they feel inmune because its not a punishable offense and makes the whole team just pass a very bad time.

We play rank to win and use the best of our habilities to achieve our win, and then there are people that come and tryout champions for the first time in rank and just loose because they go against a lvl7 mastery enemy who is also there to win (unlike our inmune ''teamate'') please RIOT do something about it.[zombie-nunu-tears]

Ranked is for learning.

So i learn Champs in Ranked.

Nothing wrong with it.

I still have no idea why people do it, it baffles me but riot is never going to make it bannable.

op you have it backwards if you don't like how random people play including champ choices instead of trying to force them to play the way you want find people who make choices you do like and for a team of your own
