Can we get post game moderation?

Too many games are had where people will silently troll you then the moment the game is over, roast your ass in post game chat. Why?, because its un-moderated and they can say whatever toxic stuff they want. Now when i say toxic i don't mean, bragging or bickering cause we're all over 13. I mean flat out hate speech, hurtful words and racism.

And they get away with it.. over and over and over. While they troll in game and report anyone foolish enough to entertain/question their trolling so the victim(loosely used, cause they can be toxic too) gets punished while the troll patiently waits until post game to do his verbal deeds.
