Lack of Bans for Reports

I linked my OP.GG for the proof of a few games where I had feeders. Not the kind where they try but like the nunu in my last game played and in the Varus game where I ended like 3/8 the fiddlesticks actually admitted to inting and told us to report him and it was very obvious but no feedback report yet to let me know Riot took care of it. I don’t get it. I’ve never been banned and I’ve done some shitty things when I first started playing but I’ve deserved to be banned 3x over and now when I report people nothing happens. Does Riot not want us to want to play? Do they want the game to die out because player behavior should be more strictly monitored in my honest opinion and that’s myself included. I’m unsure why they don’t take more action against feeders and trolls and inters. It’s one of the biggest issues I have for the game. I stopped playing for months all because the community makes it hard to climb when you get games with inters and it was a serious struggle when there is nothing you can do but sit back and take the LP Loss after a teammate wants to run it down. League community is almost as bad as the Call of Duty community on Xbox which is a scary fact.

First: Inters are shitty to deal with. Second: I'm going to focus on this comment:

makes it hard to climb when you get games with inters

Mathematically, inters make it easier to rank up, as long as you contribute more to a team's chance of winning than an inter.

There are 4 slots on your team and 5 on the opponent's team that can be filled with inters. That means that 44.44% of inters are on your team and 55.56% of inters are on your opponent's team. (unless you contribute more than average to motivating people to int)

You're gold, so imagine that the matchmaker malfunctioned and Bronze 5's started getting matched in your ranked games. 4 slots on your team, 5 slots on the opponents. They get more bronzes than you. Your winrate should increase during the malfunction.

Again, you're gold, so imagine that the matchmaker malfunctioned and Masters started getting matched in your ranked games. 4 slots on your team, 5 slots on the opponents. They get more Masters than you. Your winrate should decrease during the malfunction.

This function holds true for every facet of league.

Being matched with:

People who ward better than you decrease your winrate. People who ward worse increase your winrate. People who read the patchnotes decrease your winrate. People who don't read increase your winrate. People who team fight better than you decrease your winrate. People who fight poorly increase your winrate. ect.

This describes how people rank up when they're better than the average of the pool they're drawn from, and it also describes why they stop ranking up when they reach their skill level.
