An Idea to Improve The In-Game Experience!

Hello, I am a Bronze 2 noobie, and I was having a fun time in the last several months; meeting new people, having so much fun, and everyone working together, and joking at the same time! However, recently Rito Bitch-slapped me back to hell, and Im grouped with people who say stuff like "kys", "stfu noob" or go into all-chat and say "report x". I am emotionally as tanky as a Kog'Maw, so just one of those comments can tilt me lol. (Not the "I will jungle Soraka" type tilt where you troll, I mean where you feel awful D';)

What if players like me (ones who always go like "Hello, how is everyone in chat!", never flame, and are generally kind players get segregated into a separate que? My idea is that players who get banned all the time, and get reported for flaming, get prioritized in a que with other people who flame and such; meanwhile, the people who do the opposite get put in a separate que.

I have absolutely no idea how much work is put into implementing idea at Riot for League of Legends, so this idea is probably very bad, but I hope you Rioters may at least transform this idea into something beautiful. I absolutely love League of Legends, and I wish to continue loving it, but if I get flamed in game, and be with people who constantly argue in game and go out of their way to ruin other people's fun, I would be forced to stop. I know one player leaving the largest game in the world isnt a big deal, but I've met a lot of people in my hundreds of games; we dont play League of Legends to deal with trolls, to be flamed by the Riven who went from 13/0 to 13/40, or to play with people who never talk in game; no, we play to meet new people, and have fun with our friends for an hour.

I understand this sounds extremely bitchy, that you may say "you should toughen up", "it doesnt matter" or stuff like that, but it doesnt matter if thats how the game is; it matters that it SHOULDNT be how the game is. My experience in the last several months is what everyone should experience!

I know that this could obviously increase que times, but would you rather wait a minute to be qued in with people who will afk, flame others, and not work as a team; or would you rather wait five minutes to play with people you will talk to the entire game; not to criticize or reprehend, but talking to them like you would a friend.

Thank you to anyone who reads this, and please share your opinion in the matter, for its something everyone has had to deal with. Have a good day, and I'll be seeing you in the Rift! ^.^

What you are suggesting is a Prisoner's Island scenario, which is something that Riot doesn't want to do. Putting all the toxic players in one place only breeds more toxicity.
