What kind of contact do you have with Riot that differs from the average joe?

The contact we have with Riot is more of an escalation-type conversation. The biggest reason the comm line exists is for issues that need to be brought to Riot's attention immediately. Threads that need action, client issues that might otherwise be unknown, etc. Sure, we do our fair share of bullshitting in the off-topic channels but it's all good-natured.
