Rule change for chat logs
Hey my smurf just got a 10 game chat restriction but I was only sent one game log. Did they change it from needing to be toxic for 3 games to only 1?

Depending on the frequency and severity of your chat, it can vary. You could have had a single, egregious offense (harsh flaming), or the build-up to your chat restriction could have been worked up to through several games of low-key negativity/toxicity, only for the most recent game to be the straw that broke the camel's back.
The IFS generally tries to pull up to three logs to show you your most recent misbehavior, but it can (for the reasons stated above) pull less than three.
They’ve always been able to do that, just depends on how bad the logs are. Note that the logs are just examples, and not necessarily the entire picture in terms of behavior getting you in trouble.
You get 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior. To get have chat logs you have to be like .... toxic every game.
Keep in mind that just because only 1 game shows up, doesn't mean you were punished for one game alone.
If you are toxic enough you might hop into 14 day suspension after one game :3
